Joe and Lou Holyman operate a mature Tamar Valley vineyard they purchased in 2004 and from which they produce more restrained and savoury expressions of pinot noir and chardonnay. Recent years have seen the expansion of the vineyard to feature more pinot noir plus new plantings of gruner veltliner and trousseau.
